| General description | Panorama Antibody (Ab) Microarray Gene Regulation I kit is designed for studying protein expression in cell or tissue extracts. The antibody array contains 112 different antibodies each spotted in duplicate on a nitrocellulose-coated slide. These antibodies represent families of proteins found in the nucleus that are involved in chromatin remodeling and regulation of gene expression and include transcription factors, histone modifying enzymes, and antibodies that specifically recognize histone modification. |
